We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Umbria with a spacious and clean room, and a huge bathroom. The staff was super friendly and helpful, recommending nearby restaurants and making us feel welcomed. Plus, the location was great for exploring Umbria and Tuscany.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast options, which were a bit limited.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the nearby touristy town. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive - the rooms were equipped with a full kitchen, including functional appliances and effective air conditioning. Lastly, the location was perfect, right on the highway and just a stone's throw away from the beautiful lake. We loved relaxing on the balcony, taking in the stunning views.

Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of hot drinks and freshly baked croissants. The hotel's proximity to nearby towns made it easy to explore the area and take in the sights.

The hotel was situated on a busy main road, which at times made walking to nearby villages difficult and somewhat dangerous due to the lack of sidewalks. while the hotel offered a good base for exploring the region, the surroundings were not particularly charming, and the noise from nearby kennels made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the experience.

Located on a busy highway and in front of a railway line, this hotel provides easy access to the surrounding area's attractions. If you are interested in cool down in lago Trasimeno with a view, the hotel is perfect for you. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms have large showers. Service is good and friendly. Breakfast is a nice spread served in a formal dining room, with coffee made to order.
